Regent Sqaure has been one of the City of Pittsburgh most popular east end neighborhoods for almost 100 years! If you are looking to buy or sell a home in Regent Square then contact Realtor, Liz Caplan. Liz has lived in Regent Square for over 15 years and has sold many homes in the area.
Located east of Downtown Pittsburgh and right on the city’s border, the neighborhood of Regent Square is a compact, walkable community with the appeal of a small town and the sophisticated amenities of a big city. Regent Square real estate appeals strongly to families, as well as to young professionals and students. Both the Carnegie Mellon University and the University of Pittsburgh are located close by.
Though easily accessible from Downtown and nearby neighborhoods, Regent Square has a village-like feel, due to its being bordered by the 600-acre Frick Park to the west. Its many trees also give Regent Square real estate a park-like setting. Homes here are located in tree-lined streets and are generally built closely together, promoting a front-porch, charming sense of community.
The neighborhood’s commercial center is located along South Braddock Avenue and extends for approximately two blocks. The area, which features a mix of shops, cafés, restaurants and venues like the Regent Square Theater, can easily be explored on foot, which adds to its appeal.
Regent Square real estate is predominantly made up of spacious family homes, though there are also town homes and loft living available. Regent Square is truly a fantastic community with homes to fit many different needs.

This looks like a great place to live if you're in or moving to Pittsburgh. It appears as if there is easy access to all necessities as well as people to socialize with. It has parks and plenty of scenery as well. Having said all of that, another great place to look for a home can be found at the Taylor Morrison site at http://is.gd/eDHX . They are also offering a free 25000 dollar sweepstakes there, plus other prizes.
